How to Reply to Google Reviews Sign in to Google My Business by navigating to  business.google.com . Click the three horizontal bars in the top left-hand corner to choose your listing. Click "Manage reviews." As you can see, when you search a business on Google Maps, you can immediately view their rating -- which, for Montien, is a pretty impressive 4.2 stars -- as well as the number of Google Customer Reviews that have been written. Upon clicking on "355 Reviews," you can view the bar chart that displays approximately how many one, tw

How to add your menu to your Google My Business Profile

Step 1:  Log into your account and click the  Info  tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Step 2:  Click  Menu  (the icon with the fork and spoon,  not  the Menu URL option).    Step 3:  You’ll then see a screen where you can add your menu. Click  Add menu section  to type in a section name (e.g. Appetizers, Cocktails). Click  Add menu item  to add an item name and price. You can add as many sections and items as you want. If you don’t want to manually add to or update this list each time your menu changes, Evergreen’s  menu software  will do it for you. That’s all there is to it!
